Conducted the mid-term evaluation of the International Trade Center (ITC) Strategic Plan 2022- 2025 to enhance accountability and foster organizational learning. Key methodologies included document reviews, interviews with ITC headquarters and countrylevel stakeholders, and a detailed case study in Gambia to provide a comprehensive understanding of the Strategic Plan’s implementation from a country perspective.
