We worked with Leap201 Philanthropy and Social Service Organisation to co-develop a project starting from conceptualization and assessing its feasibility. The planning stage followed, defining the project’s objectives, scope, and necessary resources. This led to the design phase, during which we crafted actionable plans. Once these phases were completed and key implementing partners were identified, the project was handed over to Leap201 Philanthropy team for implementation.
